A most important HR question Tell me about yourself

Hi.guys,

Today i discuss some HR related question which is generally ask by interviewers. These are so simple question but the important thing is this "How to give the Answer for such type of question."
Actually there are common mistake happen by us that's why sometime we loose the better opportunities. Thats why be prepare for such type of silly but a powerful question. :)
Q. Tell me about yourself ?
A. It is most common question and generally ask by every interviewer to know your communication skills as well as about you.
Always keep in mind when give this answer, you should cover the following things.
1. About you. (like your name is Michal, then you do not start "Myself Michal" should say "I am Michel.")
2. Your Education and Experience
    describe your degrees, if you are experienced then tell about your Projects as well as working experience    OR you are a fresher then describe your grades.
3.  Your experience regarding to the post you has applied for
4. DO NOT DESCRIBE YOUR SALARY PACKAGE at this point.
5. AVOID GIVING UNNECESSARY DETAILS and the IDLE ANSWER SHOULD NOT TAKE MORE THAN ONE MINUTE.
